After Pack 462, you can join
TROOP 434
After cubs finish their years in the pack they have the opportunity to become a BSA Scout. Our cubs have been transferring into Troop 434 for decades and get to continue their scouting journeys together.
Pack 462 is very grateful to have such a well run and adventurous troop where they can continue their journey.
Weekly meetings are 7:30PM on Mondays at Llanerch Presbyterian Church

Camping
Troop 434 goes on many more elaborate camping trips. After becoming a BSA Scout you need to learn more adventurous skills so to help complete their merit badges, and to have a good time. The troops leaders (both adults and scouts) plan monthly trips to various places. Traveling to mountains, rivers, lakes, campsites, cities, waterfalls and many others. The troop also offers an amazing week long summer camp trip to a campsite with many other troops to complete merit badges and become closer to Eagle Scout.
The Community
Along with learning many adventurous skills the scouts also learn how to be good people and help the community. Joining the troop gives your child ways to grow into an independent, kind, and helpful human being. The troop helps with raking churches, giving food to the homeless, building projects to help the community. To become an Eagle Scout each scout needs to plan and create a project to help the community and Troop 434 has made plenty.
