From what I've heard, our first trip to the Lancaster Science Factory for our annual indoor Winter Camping trip was a blast. Based on the website, there were plenty of organized activities that promoted STEM learning under the guise of fun. We had 23 Scouts in attendance although some are hidden behind the rest in the group photo.

They enjoyed simply sleeping under the same roof together, and again, I heard they actually slept! Unlike other years where there's at least one kid trying to prove he can stay up later than all the adults. Based on the price points and the facilities awesome learning program, Lancaster Science Factory is definitely going to work its way into our rotation of Winter museums. So if you missed this time around (like I did), it may circle back again if you have a younger Scout coming in. Or maybe we'll shorten the countdown to liftoff again since some of our other sites aren't offering overnights anymore. Time will tell.
